The purpose of this article is to explain how you can change your Email for Password Reset.
An email address is required to reset your password without having to contact your ER local administrator.
NOTE: At this time, the Email for Password Reset is only used in the system for a password reset request.
1. Once you've logged in to ER, navigate to My Profile.
2. At the bottom of the My Profile links, click "Change Email for Password Reset".
3. Enter the email address you wish to be used by ER if you ever need to reset your password.
4. Click "Save". You'll receive notification that your "Change Email for Password Reset" has been saved.
