Reports are stuck on the loading report screen when using Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) on Windows 7, Window 8, and Windows 8.1. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
- Load your report like normal.
- Click the Excel Download link in the upper right corner of the screen.
This will allow you to download a version of the report you can view and manipulate in Microsoft Excel.
How to check your IE Brower Version
- Click the Settings button in the upper right.
- Click About Internet Explorer.
- A popup window will display the version you are using.
