How do I unlock a user who has been locked out?

To unlock a user,

  1. Click the Administration button on the left sidebar,
  2. Click the Personnel List in the Personnel settings section,
  3. Click the Unlock button next to the password reset to unlock the user.

The next time the user attempts to log in, they will be prompted to change their password.

You must be an account admin to unlock a user.

Emergency Reporting Support Staff cannot reset passwords or unlock user accounts over the phone for security reasons.
