If your system is experiencing time-outs at an increased rate, there are a few things you can try to fix it:
- Check CPU time
- Check your account’s Timeout Settings, and
- Clear cookies and temporary Internet files from your browser.
If none of those things work, try this.
Go to the Login Screen in any browser and change the normal URL to the following: https://secure.emergencyreporting.com/Logout.aspx
Type the Enter or Return key on your keyboard.
Try logging in again.
This should stop the endless session time-out loop.
