Why are my CAD entries coming in late?

Dispatch Alert only displays data once it’s been sent by your CAD vendor to our servers. If your vendor is sending the information at the end of the call or later, it will appear delayed in the app. (We encourage our CAD partners to send us CAD information as they collect it.)

On the flip side to this, some CAD vendors send us only one data point at a time as they get it. This may cause a CAD entry to look incomplete with missing data, until they update with new information.

When open, the app checks for updates every 30 seconds.
