Understanding Payroll Settings

Payroll Reports only display specific information, according to which payroll settings are enabled under the Settings tab in the upper left corner of the Payroll Module screen.

Step 1

Make sure you are in Settings in the Payroll Module.

If these are checked, only payroll information from reviewed incident reports will be displayed in the Payroll Report.

 

Step 3

If these are checked, only payroll information from completed, lockedtraining classes and events will be displayed.


 

Step 4

If this box is checked, only payroll information from reviewed incidents, completed and locked training classes/events, and locked time cards will be displayed in the Payroll Report.


To export a Payroll Summary to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, simply click the CSV Export File next to the desired report and save it to your computer. This file can be opened with Excel and other spreadsheet programs.
