Tracking Volunteer Standby Duty Time

Step 1

In the Payroll Module:

  1. Enable Points and Hours for Events.
  2. Add Paygrades.

 

Step 2

In the Administration Module:

  1. Set Event default pay rate for each person.

 

Step 3

In the Event Module:

  1. Set Event Category.
  2. Set Event Types.
  3. Open Event List by Category.
  4. Add New Event.
    1. Event Form 1.
      1. Enter Date.
      2. Select Event Type.
      3. Enter Event Name.
      4. Enter Hours.
      5. Enter Planned Period.
      6. Enter Location.
      7. Select Attendees.
      8. Click Next.
    2. Event Form 2.
      1. Fill Hours and Points.
      2. Click Next.
    3. Event Form 3.
      1. Enter password and Narrative.
      2. Click Next.
    4. Select Event on List to see details.

 

Step 4

In the Payroll Module:

  1. Create New Report.
    1. Enter Date Range.
    2. Select Report Type = Full.
    3. Select Calculate = by Points.
    4. Select Names.
    5. Click on Get Report.
    6. Display Report.
    7. Enter Report Name.
    8. Enter password.
    9. Click Save.
