Zone List (Dropdowns)

If your department’s response area is geographically split into areas, or zones, enter that information in this list.

To add a Zone:

  1. Click the Add Zone button
  2. Enter an identifying code for the zone.
  3. Enter the title of the zone, such as North or South.
  4. Click Save.

The Zone List information is available in the following modules:

  • Basic Info 3 screen of an Incident Report – select the zone where the Incident took place. Refer to Required Fields to make this field mandatory.

The settings are found in the Dropdowns within the Administration Module.

1. Click the Administration tab.


2. Click on Zone List in the Dropdown box.


3. Click on Add Zone.

4. Enter a Zone Code and a Zone Title, then click Save.
