Incident Print Page Options

This article will explain the different print page options in the Incident Module.

  • Checking the “Apparatus” checkbox will include Apparatus times on the report.
  • Checking the “Data” checkbox will include any modules entered (excluding Payroll and EMS data).
  • Checking “Images” checkbox will include all attached files on the incident.

You can print Payroll if:

  • You have Incident Access Level of: Administrator or Supervisor

You can select Patients to print if:

If the patients were entered in the NEMSIS 2 module:

  1. Your user must have been on an Apparatus on the call
  2. You were directly assigned to the patient. You will only see patients assigned to you.
  3. You have Incident Access Level of: Administrator or Supervisor.

If the patients were entered in the NEMSIS 3 module:

  1. Your user is on the Apparatus assigned to the patient.
  2. Your user created the patient within the incident.
  3. Your user performed a procedure, administered a medication, or took a vital for the patient.
  4. You have Incident Access Level of: Administrator or Supervisor
