Adding Fire Protection System Service Dates


  1. First, set up Systems and Categories in Fire Protection Systems in the Occupancy Module Settings area and have Fire Protection Systems created. Click here for the Knowledge Base Article on how to do that.

  2. Have one or more Businesses in the Inventory Module created as Category: "Contractors”.

Adding a Service Date:

  1. When on an Occupancy’s Fire Protection Systems page, choose and click on the system you wish to enter service information for.

  2. When on the Occupancy Fire Protection Systems page, click the Service History button at the top.

  3. You are now on the Occupancy Fire Protection System History page that lists previously entered Service Dates and information. To add a new item, click the Add New History Item at the top of the page.

  4. Enter the Serviced Date, Contractor (or Serviced By) and the work that was completed.

  5. The new entry now shows on the Occupancy Fire Protection System History.
