This gauge will monitor training on JPR’s that are designated as needed training for NFPA 1500.
The criteria used to calculate the Training compliance is the number of people who have completed designated NFPA 1500 JPRs.
If the bar below the gauge is:
- Green, this shows the number of NFPA 1500 JPRs where all people have completed the JPR
- Amber, this shows the number of NFPA 1500 JPRs where some people have completed the JPR
- Black, this shows the number of NFPA 1500 JPRs where none of the people have completed the JPR

Setting Up JPRs
Clicking on the light bar will show a list of JPRs in each status. When you set up a JPR, you have the choice to make it Safety Analytics (NFPA 1500) training by checking the box for NFPA 1500.
When you first set up a JPR it will show in the Black light bar. Once at least one person has completed it then it moves to the Amber status of "In Progress". When all of the people are complete and have been locked, the JPR moves to the Green status.
Clicking on the JPR will take you to the Training module, open up the JPR and expand it to show the people assigned so that you can lock any that are complete.
If you archive a JPR it will remove it from consideration in the gauge.
Helpful Tip: Set up to monitor training on a fixed basis, (Quarterly, Yearly, etc.) so that you can periodically “re-set” the gauge for training keeping it current.
